The Assignment

Libera is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Business Partner ready to step in as a consultant for a logistics operation in Eskilstuna.

With your expertise in HR and labor law, you will be a key player in supporting and driving the business forward. As an HRBP, you will coach and support managers and other key functions in HR-related matters. The role includes, among other things:

• Collaboration with trade unions and handling negotiations
• Interpretation and application of collective agreements
• Development of workplace and cultural issues
• Updating guidelines and policies
• Coaching within the organization regarding labor law, rehabilitation, and recruitment
• Developing and implementing effective solutions to support the business

Who You Are

Do you have experience in HR from roles such as HRBP, HR generalist, or HR manager and have worked with HR issues both operationally, tactically, and strategically? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

We see you as a person with a coaching approach, skilled at providing constructive feedback, and communicating in a simple and clear manner. You easily see issues from a holistic perspective and are used to working in a production-heavy organization with experience from both white-collar and blue-collar sides. Other important qualities to thrive and succeed in the consultant role are flexibility and being solution-oriented.

Furthermore, you need to have:

• Several years of experience working in various HR areas
• Good experience collaborating with trade unions
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English.
• Good ability to work independently and on your own initiative.
